Alex Syberia Designs is a UK-based company. All orders placed on this website are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail services.
If you need your international order to arrive within 3-7 working days, you can choose our Fedex Express shipping option. Please contact us if that's the case and we'll give you a quote.

Please note: If your order includes any heavy items - such as the Spellbinders Die Cutting Machine, Glimmer Hot Foil Machine, or BetterPress Letterpress System - the shipping cost will be calculated manually based on the parcel weight.
These items will be shipped securely via a courier service (FedEx or UPS) rather than by post to ensure safe delivery. Please contact us if that’s the case, and we’ll give you a quote.
Delivery Estimates
We get really excited when we get your orders and usually pack them straight away! But please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be dispatched just in case. During busy periods such as new releases or sales, due to the high volume of orders, please allow for 5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
All UK orders will be shipped Royal Mail tracked 48.
International orders will take 5-15 working days as average, although some might take longer.
Please note that external factors such as bank holidays or strikes might affect this and it is out of our control.
All our parcels are shipped using tracked services. You will be provided with your order tracking number so that you can follow the parcel through its way to you.
Customs and Duties Policy
Orders from outside the UK may incur additional taxes, duties, customs fees, and brokerage fees at the destination. These fees vary by country, and you are responsible for paying them upon delivery. The package will include proper customs documentation with the actual value of the goods; we do not mark international orders as "gift" or reduce their value. We advise consulting your local customs office for more details.
If an order is returned due to non-payment of these fees, we will issue a refund minus the original and return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping Address and Returned Orders
Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order, as most returns are due to address issues. Refunds for returned orders will cover the cost of the items only. You will receive a refund after the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee are deducted.
We do not re-deliver returned orders. If you wish to repurchase, please place a new order on our website.
Order Cancellations/Changes
Before proceeding with payment, please ensure that your selections are correct. All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined once they have been placed on our website.
